**MS297 - BDM / Lettings Valuation Manager**
**Location: **Stepney Green, London
**Salary: **£25,000 - £32,000 per annum with on target earnings of £40,000 - £70,000 uncapped commission
**Overview: **First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a BDM / Lettings Valuation Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Look for new clients and properties, putting in all the time, effort and resourcefulness as possible.
- Knowledge of London’s letting and property market is required
- Effectively self-manage and create your lead database to maximise opportunities and turn into increased business.
- Have a great eye for potential property opportunities that would fit our business model.
- Carrying out viewings to ascertain property viability and potential, the conversion potential and rental income.
- Preparing quotations, pricing for works required, and contracts for landlords, estate agents developers.
- Developing partnerships with landlords, estate agents, and developers.
- Have great valuation skills as well as negotiating, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to hit the ground running with mínimal supervision required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Have at least 3 years of proven sales experience within the London property market.
- Have a great knowledge and understanding of London’s property and flat share rental market.
- Knowledge of lettings regulations and an understanding of various council’s requirements.
- Be able to negotiation skilfully and accurately represent the company and what it can offer.
- Have a go get them whatever it takes attitude.
- Excellent sales skills and solid valuation experience.
- Be strong willed, an excellent communicator and have great vision.
- Feed on the exhilaration of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
