Production Planning Administrator

This manufacturing plant seeks a **Production Planning Administrator **to support Production Planning by inputting details of customer orders into the production system.

You will check order details and entries for accuracy and liaise with the production team to resolve any queries.

**This is an office-based position. Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 530.**

Your own transport is preferable due to the company's location.

**Production Planning Key Accountabilities**
- Upload data for projects and distribute accordingly for approval
- Upload the schedule of materials for approved projects, and update relevant certifications
- Generate production tickets for issuing to the Production department
- Provide information and timely data to facilitate accurate reporting activities
- Maintain an active log of customer queries and communicate customer feedback to the Production Planning Manager

- Accurate upload of information
- Accurate upload of project data and logs
- Generating production tickets in accordance with schedule requirements
- Responsiveness to project changes

**Your Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Two years in an administrative role
- One year in a Production environment is desirable
- Highly proficient in MS Office Packages
- Solid numeracy skills
- Programme coordination and administration
- You will need to demonstrate attention to detail and have good communication and team working skills.
