**THE ROLE & LOCATION**

**Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Assistant**

**Location: Liverpool (L7 7DP)**

**THE ROLE**

As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant, you will help customers find their next home in one of our high-quality developments and take them through their customer journey from enquiry to check-in and support them throughout the tenancy.

Working in a team, you will respond to customer enquiries and participate in the marketing, letting and administration of properties, assisting customers during their tenancy and supporting the Property Manager as required. You will also help to ensure that the properties are always well presented and the customers are happy.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and partners
- Carrying out viewings, inspections and check in appointments
- Coordinating all communication with residents (current and prospective) ensuring that they are always kept informed
- Preparing documentation and arrival packs for all new residents
- Assisting clients with filling in their tenancy agreements and allocating rooms on the online system
- Organising and updating various business records, filing systems and trackers
- Identifying, recording and escalating issues
- Logging and releasing deposits and, where necessary, making use of dispute resolution
- Ensuring rent payments are made on time and assisting with debt collection
- Monitoring stock of stationery and office supplies
- Writing and distributing notices and communications
- Managing keys and timely responses to lock outs
- Generating reports and other written documents as and when is necessary for internal and external circulation
- Assisting the Property Manager in all areas including marketing and sales

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

We are looking for a friendly individual with a passion for customer service and an interest in the residential property sector. Skills such as attention to detail and reliability are key.

**Essential**
- Proficient IT skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and use initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Close attention to detail
- Previous experience working with booking software
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic
- Professional presentation
- Ability to provide excellent customer services to clients and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain and update client information
- Driving license and access to a vehicle

**Desirable but not essential**
- A good working knowledge of the residential property sector

**SALARY**

£23,000.00

**WORKING HOURS**

Full time permanent.

40 hours per week; weekend working may occasionally be required.
