**Joining our pivotal Control Centre team, we’re seeking a confident, resilient and proactive individual who has experience of delivering a first-class customer service to internal and external customers. As a Control Centre Coordinator, you’ll be part of the team that is responsible for ensuring that planned and reactive activities are undertaken at the right time to minimise asset failure and customer impact. **What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Answering and registering calls and correspondence promptly from a variety of sources
- Providing an essential contact service to our internal and external customers
- Capturing detailed information from customer contact and entering this into our system
- Working as part of a close-knit team to make sure all jobs are logged, progressed and resolved
- Scheduling planned and reactive work for our operational teams and re-scheduling jobs where applicable
- Helping to reduce travel time of operational staff through by strategically planning workloads
- Allocating resource to the most urgent jobs to make sure our SLAs are adhered to
- Producing, maintaining and sharing performance data with stakeholders
- Liaising with colleagues in the wider business to allocate jobs and monitor them through to closure
- Managing job feedback within our IT system to ensure we are in line with contractual procedures

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong administration and IT skills which will include Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey messages effectively
- Ability to prioritise own workload while working under pressure to deliver individual and team objectives
- The confidence to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers
- A keen, hard-working attitude with the desire to work with a supportive and friendly team
- The ability to multitask effectively and work on several tasks at one time
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to keep calm under pressure and tackle changing priorities with ease

**About you**:

- **You must have been a full-time resident of the UK for the past 5 years**

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
