Cloak Hostess

**Job**: Host / Cloakroom at Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown

**Location**: Chinatown, London

£12 per hour

**Part time**: Thursday-Saturday, from 9pm to 2:30am.

**Full time**: Tuesday-Wednesday, from 9pm to 1:130am / Thursday-Saturday from 9pm to 2:30am.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Ensure that you are always polite and helpful towards guests and team members.
- Charge guests with entrance tickets.
- Assist guests with their coats, bags, and other belongings, give them a ticket that corresponds to the number of their belongings.
- Store coats, bags, and other personal belongings according to the ticket number and keep them safe.
- Return guest items and personal belongings.
- Manage the cleanliness of the lobby, and the cloakroom by checking the areas on a regular interval.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a similar role.
- Attention to details and customer needs.
- Social, engaging and motivated.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown is the first London venue from Experimental Group (Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, Henrietta Hotel, Cowley Manor, and STEREO). Established in 2011 in the heart of Chinatown, the Experimental Cocktail Club is a two-floors speakeasy bar.
