Working closely with private offices you will manage the delivery needs with the ministers’ priorities to ensure the smooth running of the correspondence process, adapting with the parliamentary cycle.

As a leader of a large team of 25 you will motivate and engage your teams through a range of forums, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and reflected in decisions that have wellbeing at its heart.

This is a vital and rewarding role with tangible performance results, that offers excellent stretch for ongoing progression.
