Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a** Host/Hostess** devoted into turning moments into memories for our guests. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Host/Hostess** dedicated in delivering amazing service all day every day.

As the** Host/Hostess** at Fairmont Windsor Park, you will assist the service manager to ensure a smooth and effective running of the outlet operations. As the Host/Hostess, you are the first greeter for our guests visiting a Food & Beverage outlet, you are also to assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park standards of operations in your specific role. It is your responsibility to support the seamless running of your desk/station by providing a highly efficient and effective service to compliment the rest of the floor service. You must consistently strive to improve the guest satisfaction. Your job is to execute the service promise to our guests through the appropriate training provided. In order to deliver on this promise, it all starts with the right attitude and eagerness to provide a seamless service to our guests at every opportunity.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are a true people’s person, with passion to delight our guest with amazing service
- You take pride in maintaining a professional appearance and real passion for hospitality
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a hotel or restaurant would be beneficial but not essential
