Triage Officer

**Triage Officer (£32,724 full time salary, £14,150 actual salary, 16 hours per week, permanent)**

**Job Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Triage Officer who is committed to providing a high quality, customer focused service. You will work closely with residents and partners to achieve positive outcomes, ensuring that our residents are at the heart of your work.

The successful applicant will be required to process a high number of referrals into the Communities' Hub for support. Your knowledge of welfare benefits, tenancy sustainment and social housing will enable you to confidently speak with residents to make an initial assessment of their needs, offering specialist advice and guidance where appropriate.

This role can be flexible in its hours and base location, with the offer of hybrid working.

**Location Details**

The role will initially be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, typically our full-time colleagues base themselves in the office twice a week.
