**Role Overview**

As a Mid-weight Graphic Designer on maternity cover, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the conceptualization and execution of visually captivating pitches and concept work. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will utilize your design expertise to craft compelling visuals that effectively convey our clients' messages and achieve their marketing objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced creative environment and gain valuable experience within an award-winning team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer fresh design concepts during live kick-off meetings.
- Design visually engaging pitches and concept work that align with client objectives and vision.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts tailored to the target audience.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with the project management team.
- Provide creative input and direction to support colleagues and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance design output.

**Key Skills**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong grasp of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts and ideas.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
