**Job Description**:
One of London's most developed councils based in West London is seeking Academy Coordinator to start as soon as possible for an initial 4 months basis to support the Talent, Transformation and Inclusion team
Role: Academy Coordinator
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Duration: 4 months initially
Location: Hybrid -Min 3 days in the Office
Purpose of the role:

- You will be working in the busy strategic resourcing team, supporting a variety of administrative functions aligned with the Academy programme.- You will be the first point of contact providing outstanding customer focussed service, dealing with apprenticeship, graduate and intern enquiries from external and internal sources and managing functional mailboxes as well as maintaining and updating data platforms.Main Duties:

- To manage and support the administration of Apprentices, Graduates and Interns.- To monitor and track Apprentice, Graduate and intern progression.-
- Coordinate monthly network sessions for stakeholders.- To keep accurate records of learners’ start and end dates, monitor that the learners do not exceed their planned end date.- To ensure Apprenticeship starts course enrolment paperwork is processed in a timely manner and keeping accurate records.- To deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent working relationships- Ensure that all administration tasks relating to the coordination of Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern programmes are undertaken efficiently, effectively and in a timely mannerKnowledge & Experience and Skills:

- Proficient IT Skills, including the use of Microsoft Office systems, in particular, Excel skills in order to manipulate and report on data.- Proven ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.- written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills- Efficient, organised and able to prioritise with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Proven administrative experienceThis role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that are ready to make that difference in the local community so those that can demonstrate empathy will be at a great advantage
