Reporting to the Head of HR, key responsibilities will include:

- Undertake training in all areas to understand the business needs.
- Conducting interviews, screenings, and recommendation reports.
- Compliance checks.
- Internal staffing requirement meetings.
- Publicising job opportunities within the business.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone and face to face interviews.
- Collate and record interview feedback.
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships.
