**The Role**

**The post will initially be as Maternity cover for 15 months.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:

- Offering outstanding customer service to all customers; liaising with customers & resolving queries.
- Issuing invoices, confirming all details are correct and in a timely manner.
- Supporting the sales team and following up with the sales team as agreed with management.
- Ensuring client information is entered accurately into the system.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Monitoring & updating the internal CRM system.

IPT (International Product Traders) supports and promotes the international trade of mobile phones & accessories, consumer electronics and IT components to protect our members’ interests worldwide. IPT is owned and run by Third Dimension Limited, a website development company based in Milborne Port, near Sherborne, Dorset.

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Administrator are:

- Previous experience in a sales administration/customer service position.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication skills - written & verbal
- Customer focused - the ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Capability to work independently and prioritise workload.
- Willingness to learn.
- Must be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proven skills in building strong working relationships; a team player who can add to the already positive team culture and approach tasks with a problem-solving attitude.
- Able to follow processes and document process changes.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
