We are looking for a Sales Consultant with a keen eye for design and a genuine enthusiasm for sales, ready to contribute to our mission of redefining bathroom luxury.

**Position: Sales Consultant**

**Location**: County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland (with the option for hybrid working after 12 months)

**Responsibilities**

**Sales and Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones, aligning with Porter’s ethos of bespoke design and customer care.
- Translate client needs into tailored bathroom design solutions, reinforcing the Porter brand as a leader in luxury bathroom fittings.

**Design and Project Oversight**:

- Employ a thorough understanding of interior design principles and manufacturing processes to guide clients through the selection and customization process.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial design concepts through to installation, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

**Brand Representation and Development**:

- Actively participate in trade shows, events, and presentations to elevate the Porter brand within the industry.
- Provide insightful feedback from client interactions to support continuous product and service enhancement.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field (required).

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a role related to high-end bathroom, kitchen sales, or interior design.
- Proven track record of managing projects and building customer relationships.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong appreciation for design and detail, with the capacity to balance aesthetic considerations with practical solutions.
