Sous Chef - Independent Education - Amersham - £34,500 per annum - 52 weeks
My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to work alongside the Chef Manager in a state of the art, open plan kitchen within an independent school located in beautiful surroundings.
The food offering is innovative, fresh and wholesome. Offering breakfast, an impressive lunch which includes home baked cakes, yoghurt pots, bread and delicious mains, all made from scratch, aswell as matchday teas and hospitality.
You will demonstrate exceptional craft skills using locally sourced, fresh ingredients with a creative ideas and different flavours with an up to date knowledge of current food trends. You will manage, motivate and develop a medium sized team, providing a veryimpressive offering.
You will work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week. Hours are 7am until 4pm
