Are you a Junior or Graduate Estimator with a background in construction looking to progress your career? Are you looking to join a well-established but rapidly expanding company who focus purely on off-site modular construction?
This company are a Modular specialist who are passionate about the sustainable future of construction. They manufacture bathroom pods and modular buildings for contractors all over the UK and have a great reputation. They have an innovative approach to design,and consistently create high quality products and have continued to grow during the pandemic. They are therefore looking for a Junior Estimator to join their team.
Working closely with the Senior Estimators, you will be tasked with producing estimates and pricing projects, providing accurate tenders and quotations. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tightdeadlines. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the main component of this role would involve the management of accurate calculation of quantities and prices where required. You will liaise directly with external suppliers and subcontractors for all quotations.
This varied yet exciting role would therefore suit an ambitious Junior Estimator who has had experience working within the Construction sector and is looking to progress their career with one of the most well-known Modular construction companies in the UK.
The Role:

- Calculation of quantities and prices
- Preparation of proposals and tenders
- Assisting development of supply chain and going out to market

The Person:

- Relevant experience in construction
- Previous experience as an estimator
- Full UK Driving License
