Excellent role on offer for a Building Surveyor to join a family run, professional services business where you will work on a range of projects across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare industries.

This company are a leading professional services provider in the area who have established a great reputation and consistently provide an exceptional service, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a BuildingSurveyor to join their team.
In this role you will prepare project designs with specification of works, costing and programme for completion, ensure projects are completed on schedule and to budget, organise documents for tender, determine the condition of various buildings and prepareproposals for repair and advice on the management of buildings. There will be required to travel to sites, as well as being based in their Norwich office.
This position would suit a Building Surveyor looking to progress their career and receive expert training with a leading business.
The Role:

- Complete detailed reports and condition surveys
- Advice on repairs and defects
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Attend and chair meetings

The Person:

- Building Surveying experience
- Good understanding of various scopes of work
- Looking for progression and training
- Willing to travel
