Hungry to join a fast-paced, well-established estate Agency in the heart of Stockport? Keen to help with progressing sales and working with a great team made up of some of the best agents in the UK?
We are currently looking for a confident Sales Progressor to join our client and their extremely successful and ever-expanding team in Stockport, Merseyside
**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and alternative Saturday 10 am - 4 pm
**The successful Sales Progressor will be offered**:
- Up to a basic of £25,000
- Working with a successful team
- Support from colleagues every step of the way
- Free Parking
**To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have**:
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
- Great organisational skills
- Confidence
**As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve**:
- Monitoring and prioritising workload to achieve targets
- Chasing mortgage offers
- Surveys
- Keeping in touch with agents
- Communication with owners
- Brilliant customer service
- Communicating effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
- Arrange for contracts to be signed.
- Updating Managers on the sale process
- Updating CRM and Vendor portal
- Progressing sales through to completion
