**Position**: SEMH Teaching Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting students with SEMH needs in their academic and personal development.
- Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing personalised learning plans.
- Building strong, positive relationships with students to foster a safe and inclusive environment.
- Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A compassionate and patient individual with a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Experience in supporting students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of our students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £75.00-£95.00 per day
