We have a fantastic opportunity at Prism Digital for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Central London. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to become a top biller in the world of headhunting, utilising your naturalinclination to socialise with people to foster a career in talent acquisition.

Recruitment is a sales-based role, commission is earned when you place people into a new job. It can be a hugely lucrative career with base salary increases and commission bonuses based on your success. We will train you to be a fully-fledged, top-billingrecruiter. This is the perfect place to start on this journey

Prism Digital is a niche IT Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the DevOps and Cloud industry. We pride ourselves on being experts in our market and offering a consultative approach to our clients, whilst taking a genuine interest in the industries wehelp hire into. As a team of about half a dozen employees, we are a close-knit bunch with a start-up mentality. Over the next 18 months, we are looking to double our headcount and cement ourselves as *the* leading DevOps talent partner. It's set to be an excitingand very rewarding journey

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Writing adverts and marketing clients' roles
- Engage with our structured training and development program that will equip you with the skills to be an exceptional salesperson/biller. We work with some of the industry's leading technologies that will also give you the tools to be successful

**About you**:

- An extroverted personality who enjoys speaking and networking with people on a regular basis
- An interest in technology (we headhunt in the tech space, however, you by no means must be an expert in this area)
- A passion for establishing long-lasting professional relationships
- Emotionally intelligent and able to read between the lines
- A dedication to working hard and a hunger for learning new skills
- Disdain for mediocrity - you will be driven to top billing leader boards and smash sales records
- Relaxed and good sense of humour
- No previous professional experience is required - you will be given full training

**In return, the following will be on offer**:

- £23k base salary. Your first year's expected earnings (should you hit your targets) will be approximately £35k
- Base salary promotion targets are clearly defined on a 6-monthly basis with promotions attached to sales targets

**Commission Scheme**:

- 25% commission at the top end and non-accumulative - if you bill £40k in a month, you get £10k commission (simple)
- Our average placement fee is £13k
- No threshold/cost of desk deductions
