The role is a Trainee or Junior position but you may already have office admin experience and the company will support you to attend college one day a week to gain additional relevant business qualification to help grow your career. It is expected you willalready have good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Job Purpose**:
Ensure proper flow of office procedures, and support our Lead Administrator by carrying out common office duties. Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online,and via telephone.

**Your job includes tasks such as**:

- Provisioning of customer orders using online portal
- Checking order progress and communicate appointments with customers
- Liaising with our engineering team regarding install dates and changes
- Update and maintain customer services via CRM System
- Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
- Draft, format, and print customer order forms and quotes
- Create spreadsheets and pivot tables as required
- Interact with senior management team and carry out their requests
- Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
- Support our journey into ISO quality management system
- Support marketing campaigns using Mailchimp

**Administrator Skills and Qualifications**:
Prior Office Experience Preferred; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work with limited supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills. Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs especially Excel;Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills. Record Keeping Skills. Ability to learn and multitask

The role will involve college attendance 1 day per week during term time to complete relevant/related studies.

Hours: Mon to Friday 08.30 to 17.00
