Garden Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance person/Gardener/Landscaper to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces. Your expertise in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance will contribute to creating beautiful and well-maintained environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Prune and shape trees and hedges to ensure their health and appearance
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Clean and maintain garden tools and equipment
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or garden maintenance
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and landscaping techniques
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in gardening
- Ability to operate irrigation systems effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Driving Licence is essential due to the location of our Maintenance sites. Work vehicle will be provided to drive to and from sites of work.

Pay: £23,700.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
