Do you have strong leadership skills and experience working within recruitment? Our friendly team here at JMC Aviation are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to join us in Exeter (by the Airport).

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Day to day organisation of the recruitment team
- Deputising in the absence of the Recruitment Manager
- Maximising requirement fulfilment
- Providing solutions to alleviate potential challenges
- Conducting quarterly individual appraisals in conjunction with Recruitment Manager
- Identifying & carrying out team training needs as required
- Champion best compliance practice & uphold JMC values, leading by example
- Conduct interviews for internal positions as required
- Support team members with client meetings
- Other duties as directed by Line Manager

- Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes
- Ensure company compliance procedures are adhered to
- Able to present account performance information in a clear manner
- Obtain accurate job descriptions, person specifications and other information required to ensure accurate recruitment

**Person Specification**

**Essential**:

- Proven experience working as a recruiter (all industry sectors considered)
- Dependable
- Strong team player
- Approachable with a professional manner
- Innovative and creative
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Experience in a client/customer environment providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience leading a team
- Proven experience managing large customer accounts
- Exceptional customer and contractor communication skills
- Understanding the JMC structure and contribution of all departments
- Delivering guidance and direction to other team members

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Desirable)
