**Job Title: Broadband Field Sales Agent (12 Months)**

**Description**:
Our client is a broadband fibre provider funded by the Scottish Government, operating in the UK market in Scotland, offering a range of products including Broadband fibre, phone and tv bundles. The company focuses on the Broadband sector competing on transparency, excellent customer service and competitive products. This is an exciting role, to be a brand ambassador for a business with the opportunity to build and shape on behalf of the company and drive its growth.

You will be ambassadors for our client in the Highlands Area and as the business grows will be able to expand your selling range. We are looking for field sales agents who are willing to stay away from home or are willing to travel and focus on door to door sales.

The postcode area supplied is exclusive to our agency so you will have a large number of opportunities. You will be working via a CRM system and have the following:
Field sales team member provided with the following:
**Appropriate Branded Apparel**

**List of Premises Passed - UPRNs and Addresses**

**Sales leave behind collateral to be posted through letterbox if door knock unsuccessful**

Hours are flexible, no working on Sundays.

Looking for experienced face to face sales agents ex virgin, BT, energy, direct sales.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales and specific targets.
- Business development and lead generation via multiple sales channels.
- Quote generation using the CRM system, then an honest and transparent discussion with customer around savings and commission.
- Using CRM system to affect the transfers.
- Build a pipeline and agreed conversion rate.
- Build long term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and them to help reduce business costs.
- Account and relationship management with external customers including multiple products.
- Fully knowledgeable about the product offerings, competitors and outside factors affecting the business.
- Assist in developing various marketing campaigns and associated messaging.
- Contribute to operational business and process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Proven field sales door to door experience with demonstrated hit & exceed targets achievements.
- Experience in the broadband industry.
- Resilient, target driven and motivated.
- A demonstrable depth of knowledge of the UK broadband industry and customer need analysis.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a desire to learn.
- A full drivers’ license.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

Previous selling experience in customer-facing role
