**The Client**

Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a registered nurse deputy care home manager for a nursing home in Pembroke, South West Wales. The home caters for circa residents and is part of a small to medium group of care homes that have an excellentreputation. The nursing home caters for elderly frail nursing residents.

**The Role**

This deputy role will mainly be a clinical hands on role. You will work the majority of your week in a clinical capacity but you will have 1 day per week for you to carry out your management duties such as clinical audits, supervisions and help the managerwith the day to day running of the home.

**The Person**
- You must be a registered nurse with active NMC Registration
- You must have experience in nursing homes as a staff nurse, senior nurse or lead nurse
- You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities

**The Salary**

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £37,770 per annum and you will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week.
