**Deputy Building Manager - St Katherines Dock - £30k - £35k**

Our client is a medium sized, fully independent boutique block managing agent overseeing a diverse portfolio across London comprising RMC, Freeholder and developer appointed estates.

On one of their managed sites in St Katherines Dock (containing c300 unit, grounds and an underground car park), a Deputy Building Manager (with 3+ years direct experience) is required for a full time permanently employed role working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.

The suitable Deputy Building Manager will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and ideally be familiar with the full range of building management duties including:

- Supervision of caretakers on site as well as contractors visiting site, reporting to the property manager as required.
- Building inspections, ensuring bins / litter are kept in order
- Ensuring lease covenants are met and breaches reported
- Oversight of H&S
- Keeping residents up to date with building related news / updates
- Assisting the Property Manager with service charge budgets
- Ensure security is kept as required

The suitable Deputy Building Manager will be self-motivated, service minded, be prepared to go the extra mile, tech savvy and fully accountable.

Salary for the successful Deputy Building Manager will range from £30k - £35k to start depending on experience and qualifications.
