Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School located in Walsall on a long term basis starting after February Half Term, on a full time basis. The role is expected to continue until the end of academic year, with a view to go permanent for the right teaching assistant. Our client is part of a multi academy trust with staff, pupils and parents working collaboratively.

The School require a Teaching Assistant to work in a Year 5 pupil on a 1:1 basis with challenging behaviour. The child will benefit for a nurturing and supportive individual, who has the ability to implement and development strategies alongside the Senco. Responsibilities will include 1:1 support along with group interventions as and when required.

This Teaching Assistant role is to start after February half term and will continue until the end of the academic year.

**Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant Role**:

- You must hold a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a Primary School
- Experience in supporting across KS2
- Previously worked with children with SEND
- A strong school reference from your recent employer

**Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant you will receive**:

- Day rate up £80.00 day rate which equates to £15,600 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
- The option of PAYE or Umbrella

- Free safeguarding Level 1, Prevent training and FGM training

- £100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days
