**£29,000**

**Cumbria - 1 day a week in the office and 4 working from home**

Forward Role are working with an established, family owned, Kitchen and Homeware retailer to recruit a CRM Executive.

They have a mid-to-upmarket customer base that can purchase their products from over 50 stores nationwide, direct mail catalogues and a wide-ranging website.

Print is a massive part of what this business do, historically a traditional mail order business. You will be at the heart of a busy Marketing team, working on the customer selection and output of that data for all printed material, including cataloguesand direct mailings.

**The role**:
You will be responsible for the selection of customers in support of the direct mail plan, ensuring data is accurate, complies with GDPR requirements and is in line with company strategy.

You will also be responsible for reporting on the performance of this and optimising the next selection as a result as part of our continual improvement.

**About You**:
You’ll be constantly curious, able to interrogate data and build customer selections.

You’ll have an advanced level of numeracy and analytical capability and proven experience in providing data for CRM programmes.

You’ll be able to work with different data sources and be hands on in extracting data.

Able to think on your feet and manage your own workload and meet deadlines, you’ll enjoy working in a fast paced retail environment where there is always lots going on.

You’ll be happy working independently whilst also enjoying being part of a team, sharing information, knowledge & experience freely and building and maintaining positive relationships.
