Lead Childcare Practitioner

Our organization is looking for a Lead Practitioner to help our employees live a more healthy life. The Lead Practitioner will be responsible for working with management to create and oversee an effective health promotion program as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make modifications as needed. This position requires a creative and enthusiastic individual who loves leading a unique and energetic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be familiar with the overall structure and operation of agencies in the criminal justice system.
- Provide advice and counsel on the most effective methods for crime prevention and reduction in communities.
- Orient new employees to their jobs within the criminal justice system.
- Guide and support agencies on how to effectively prevent crime and deliver criminal justice.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior practitioners.
- Analyse data and present information on crime prevention options to policy-makers.
- Provide advice on staff selection, training, and development.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
