Medvivo are seeking to recruit a registered clinician to join our multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. If you have broad competency in clinical practice and previous triage experience, we would like to hear from you. About the role: Our Non-Prescribing Clinicians work as an integral part of Medvivos Clinician Assessment Service, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Based at our call-centre in Chippenham, you will provide advice to patients and health and social care professionals who access care by telephone in accordance with agreed care pathways, within the Out of Hours period of weekday evenings and weekends.

A key element of the role will involve working to support our Care Coordination Service, specifically providing support for ambulance crews to access alternatives to the Emergency Department where clinically appropriate. In addition, our Non-Prescribing Clinicians will, at times, be required to undertake Clinical Response duties which will require the use of our fleet vehicle. As such a full UK driving licence will be required for this role. (Please note a Driving Assessment may be required as part of the assessment process).

**About you**: You may be a practice nurse, paramedic or other Associated Health Professional with triage experience. In order to be considered for the role, you will be required to demonstrate: A significant level of experience as a registered practitioner within a broad range of care ( >2 years of clinical experience is highly desirable) Evidence of wide knowledge base and competency in clinical practice An understanding of the emergency care pathway and experience of providing urgent care Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development Please note this is not an exhaustive list and further information can be found within the full job description.
