The Preparation Group are Surface Preparation Specialists who have been trading for over 30 years, we are looking for someone to undertake general maintenance at our Deacon Road, Lincoln site. The successful applicant will be able to complete minor plumbing repairs, painting indoors and outdoors, keep the outside of the building and yard clean and tidy and any other maintenance requirements.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 13 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
