**Starting Salary of £21,000 - £24,000 per annum depending upon qualifications, increasing to £24,000 - £27,000 once qualified + Bonus**

**The Role**

You will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of Apprenticeship & Diploma only learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3 or Levels 2,3,4 and 5 depending on your occupational competence. You will complete both remote(video call) sessions with your learners as well as face to face on site visits when required. Approximately 30% of reviews will be on site, 70% completed remotely from home.

You will deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment reviews with learners every month using coaching techniques to drive sustained changes in their knowledge, skills and behaviour.

You will follow a detailed curriculum approach for each qualification and support, motivate and encourage your learners to achieve their qualifications. You will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve this.

**The successful Trainee NVQ Assessor will have the following skills and qualifications**:

- You will possess your H&SC NVQ Level 3/5 or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience at senior or management level in the Health & Social Care Industry
- A passion for education, standards and quality
- A current UK Driving Licence
- Be competent in Literacy and Numeracy
- Ability to build relationships and engage both learners and employers
