**Role Description**

We are a known software development/IT consultancy company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our clients. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs and objectives and provide tailored software development/IT solutions to drive their success.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of client requirements, business processes, and systems to recommend effective solutions and improvements.
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases, project plans, and strategies to stakeholders, highlighting the value and ROI of our software development/IT solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to gather requirements, streamline processes, and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide thought leadership and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client retention and loyalty.
- Continuously enhance your technical and consulting skills through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Consultant in the consultancy industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build reports and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving results.
- Willingness to relocate initially & travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
