We are an established manufacturing company of 32 years who are looking for a Trainee Laser Operator to join our team.

The role requires experience of mechanical or electronical engineering to work within our laser department. The position would be well suited to CNC programmer.

Duties will include the setting and laser engraving of precision printing rollers, working to high tolerances and in accordance to customer's drawings.

This is a technical role requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Hours**: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 & Friday 08:00 - 15:30, with a 30 minute lunch break.

**Shift Work**:06:00 till 14:00 & 14:00 till 22:00 - Monday to Thursday, 06:00 till 12:00 & 12:00 till 18:00 on Fridays.

We offer 22 days holiday per year.

The basic salary during training is £28,000.00 per annum, which will increase to £30,000.00 per annum after successfully completing the training period, plus shift allowance and overtime.
