Head Hunter

Juice is excited to be working alongside a large international firm in search of a Trainee or experienced Recruitment Head-hunter based just outside of Swindon.

This is a full-time office role working Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-3:00pm

**This role will have the following responsibilities**:

- Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional consultants.
- Market research will be essential to head-hunt any new roles in the market.
- Bright, enthusiastic and target driven, motivated by success and financial reward.
- A hunger to learn, develop and become the best in the Accountancy and finance market.
- Previous professional telephone experience.
- Exposure in sales would be advantageous.
- Strong and effective communicator with the presence to make an immediate impact.
- Entrepreneurial and keen to progress their career as fast as possible.
- Friendly & resilient nature with the drive to join a genuine team with a strong work ethic.
- A strong relationship builder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
