**Job summary**:

- This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team of phlebotomists working for the General Hospital, working 25 hours over 5 days per week. Our phlebotomy team deliver a high-quality patient focused blood taking service on wards and in our clinics. We operate in-patient services Monday - Saturday and the successful applicant will be expected to work approximately 1 Saturday morning in 5.
- We are looking for individuals with a good level of education along with a determination to deliver high quality compassionate care to our patients. Good IT skills are essential to this post, along with experience of working in a health care setting or customer service focused role. Previous experience in venepuncture would be desirable, but is not essential as we will deliver full training to the right applicant.
