**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**What you will be doing**
- Physically welcome customers for boarding and return formalities and for any other request.
- Participate in the establishment of daily and weekly departure schedules according to the information provided by the Neptune reservation software.
- Update the Neptune database daily with additional information on each customer/cruise.
- Inform customers about their itineraries and their cruise, share tourist information.
- Hand out satisfaction questionnaires to customers on their return from the cruise and collect them.
- Takes part in the organization of the reception desk and the relay between the quay and the reception.

**What we are looking for**:
**Skills, experience, knowledge, qualifications and training**
- Fluent English essential.
- German and/or Spanish preferred.
- Thoroughness and punctuality.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities in the workload and responsiveness.
- Telephone skills.
- Able to pass on information to the manager in a timely manner.
- Participate in achieving the objectives of the base and the company, be customer oriented.
