We are looking for a creative and engaging Teaching Assistant who will be supporting small group work and in class provision in a great school in Oldham.

**Details of the role**:
The school based in Oldham has a supportive and welcoming environment for both the children and staff. This school aim to create a happy, vibrant atmosphere for children to grow and learn. They ensure there are plenty of opportunities to expand the children's experiences and aspirations. **The role includes**:
Assisting the class teacher in the organisation and preparation of the classroom.

Teaching phonics lessons to groups of children.

Using lesson plans to lead small group sessions.

Working alongside children to support the learning in class.

Using the behaviour policy to support in the management of behaviour.

**To join us and be successful in this role, you will need to**:
Have school-based experience and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Be an effective team player and liaise with colleagues.

Provide a CV with employment/education history included. Employment breaks must be explained.

Have the legal right to work in the UK.
