Main Duties:

- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends and pricing.
- Evaluating supplier proposals and negotiating contracts
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring that all parties adhere to contractual obligations.
- Managing procurement documentation and records.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment between procurement strategies, OKR's and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and systems related to procurement activities.
- Develop reports on procurement activities for senior management review.

Personal Specification:

- A procurement practitioner with knowledge of current operational procurement techniques
- Experience working with ERP systems for example, IFS, SAP, Oracle.
- Understanding of commercial contract terms and conditions
- Negotiation of those contract terms into contracts to protect the business.
- Highly delivery focused with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Able to work in cross functional teams and with stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment
