They currently require an Office Administrator to carry out General office duties in their busy office based in Armagh. (You will need own transport to location)
You will be:
Required to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure. This role will also require excellent time management skills and the ability to work on one’s own initiative.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Recent experience working within an administrative role
- Previous customer services experience
- Strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, written and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum GCSE English/Maths or equivalent
- 4 ½ day working week (1pm finish on a Friday)
- Flexible working hours
