**Your role as a People Advisor**

Reporting into a People Partner, your journey will involve supporting on a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices while championing an engaging and supportive work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for People-related queries from colleagues and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary, escalating more complex cases to People Partners, where appropriate.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of People policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Administer and maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices, implementing necessary updates where relevant.
- Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and setting high standards for Information Security compliance.

**Personal Competencies**
- Educated to degree level and/or relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a People Advisor or similar role, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth private sector companies.
- Sound understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate across all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in HRIS.
- Experience in managing a wide range of employee relations issues.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
