**The Role**

This role is an active position on the production shop floor, the continual requirement to check the standards of all parts to the approved level at the right time ensuring that quality is always at the forefront. Filling out the relevant paperwork correctly will be critical to this role, along with assisting in other areas of quality when required. This role will also require the communication with the shop floor operators providing feedback in the appropriate manner. This position will be multifunctional and you will be moved across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Approve in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual gauge and measurement checks
- Maintaining Quality requirements carrying out checks at regular specified times
- Adhering to quality procedures and completing QCICS regularly
- Be able to identify potential improvements within the area and escalate them to the supervisor
- Assist in other areas of quality as and when required
- Carry out correct label verification checks

**General Responsibilities and Duties**
- Adhere to company quality awareness.
- Meeting Health and Safety standards supporting others to do the same.
- Assist other areas of the business when required to carry out the same or similar tasks.
- Any other reasonable duties required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
