Showroom Host
- Yeomans Honda Guildford

Yeomans Honda Guildford is looking for a **Showroom Host** to join their team and work alongside them in their Honda dealership.

You will be an essential part of the team providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Honda products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.

**General duties**:

- Answering the phone/meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments.
- Assisting with general product queries
- Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
- First aid and fire warden training

**Sales support**:

- Saturday showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping where possible when a salesman is busy)
- Bank Holiday showroom support as above
- Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
- Used car display kept in order
- Used car photographs
- Test drive assistance where necessary

**Service support**:

- Service appointment follow up calls ensuring customer is happy
- Providing cover for service reception when necessary (sufficient training supplied)
- Customer contact details maintained on database
