**Role**Strategic Trunk Main Leakage Technician - London nights.**Package**£25,000 - £32,000 PA (depending on experience).
28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
40 hours per week Monday - Thursday nights.

Further training and support to help develop your career.**About us**Our client are a business built on reputation providing specialist leakage services to the water sector since 2013. Their teams of highly skilled Technicians help in reducingwater leakage on critical trunk mains and within the distribution network using the latest methods and technologies.
They are a people business, with high levels of collaboration between teams and support from others at all levels of the business.**About this role**We'd like to hear from people with a water industry background, preferably knowledge of the trunkmain network.
Reporting to the Technical Director the successful applicant will join their Strategic Trunk Main Team in London detecting and locating leaks on critical trunk mains.
You will be reliable, outcome focussed, with good communication skills and the ability to solve problems and overcome challenges.
You will need to plan work, and record and report on all work completed.
The Strategic Trunk Main Leakage Technician role is physical in nature and requires travelling around London and working outside, in all weathers at night.
The Strategic Trunk Main Leakage Technician role includes.- Planning trunk main leak detection surveys.
- Undertake survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection.
- Trunk main correlations and confirming leaks.
- Pipe tracing and asset location.
- Pressure measurements.
- Raising trunk main leaks.
- Recording and reporting on work completed.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experienced in leak detection and water networks.
- Experience in confirming leaks.
- Knowledge of the trunk main network is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of leak detection equipment and methods.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

**Ideally you will have the following qualifications**:

- EUSR Water Hygiene Card.
- NRSWA Unit 2 or 01 Signing, Lighting and Guarding.
- Confined space training is preferred but not essential.
