**RPO Resourcer**

**Location**: Hybrid (x2 days a week in Nottingham & x3 days a week working from home)

**Salary**:Above market average salary + generous commission per placement

**Scope**:
**The role's main focus is on supporting the business' RPO function to ensure effective management of talent pipelines, meeting all relevant compliance and legislative requirements and providing customer service which encourages customer advocacy.**

**The Role**:

- Build effective internal stakeholder relationships with the Head of RPO, other RPO Sourcing Specialists, and Macildowie Recruitment Consultants
- Understanding our clients' core and immediate hiring requirements
- Deliver diverse shortlists within agreed timeframes
- Deliver market insights that may influence the success of sourcing and talent pipelining
- Contribute to the sourcing plan of action to meet the core and immediate hiring requirements
- Professionally represent our clients' image and brand as an employer of choice
- Supporting to deliver events aimed at increasing our customer portfolio
- Occasionally attending client meetings

**About You**:

- Determination to get the job done
- Competency-based screening and interviewing
- Use of multiple ATS and CRM systems

Ideally these skills will have been gained as part of a role as a Resourcing role for a Recruitment Outsourcer or Recruitment Agency, or as part an Internal Talent Acquisition position

This role offers hybrid working, beginning with 3 days based out of the Leicester office, with the view to increase home working days further down the line.
