Time Appointments are looking to appoint a new superstar Recruitment Consultant into their business and would welcome CV’s from experienced recruiters that are keen to take their career to the next level, alternatively we will consider individuals with astrong background in customer service/sales who possess a genuine interest in building a career within the industry.

We work a 4 day week and PAY FIVE DAYS PAY

Time Appointments are confident we can provide you with the skills and equipment required to succeed, but you need to bring 110% to your job everyday and the two together should make some awesome work happen We are looking for people who get out of bedin the morning with a pep in their step, who come to work to make a difference and want to make a lot of money while doing itIf you have a great personality and find yourself talking the back legs off a donkey on a night out - then you might be just whatwe’re looking for

As a Recruitment Consultant with Time Appointments you will be given full autonomy and support to ensure your success, as you work towards achieving your personal and professional goals. We are also able to offer a structured career path with roles suchas Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Managers & much more. These are centred around achievement and will give you the opportunity to realise your full potential.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calling prospective clients and selling the benefits of using Time Appointments for their recruitment services
- Attending job fairs and client meetings/lunches
- Ensuring complete compliance to process across all Time Appointments procedures
- Using great communication skills in order to win new business
- Working to targets
- Hitting all KPI’s and targets set out for the day, week and month ahead
- Uploading information on bespoke recruitment system
