**Job Role**
As a Club House Team member, along with the Club House Team Leader and Club Manager, you will be responsible for always delivering world-class customer experience. You will be a key part of a fully cohesive team, ensuring that the club always operates to our high standards and your knowledge of all areas matches this. Further responsibilities include:
- Operating the bar/cafe and reception area.
- Ensuring that the club house is welcoming and presentable.
- Becoming a product expert for all Padel items stocked at Padel Maidenhead and delivering on the relevant commercial targets.
- Delivering Padel lessons and classes when required.
- Assisting in the co-ordination and operation of tournament days.
- Providing fresh ideas for social and corporate events and leading/assisting in their co-ordination and operation.
- Always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all customers and colleagues.
- Always ensuring and fostering equal opportunities, respecting diversity and being aware to the needs of diverse groups and individuals.
**What we are looking for**
We are looking for individuals who are willing to fully immerse themselves into Padel as a sport and movement, whilst becoming a part of the Padel Maidenhead family. Further ideal experience/qualities include:
- Front of House and/or Food and Beverage experience
- Clear and effective communications skills
- Excellent time management
- A positive and forward-thinking mindset
- Adaptability
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
