We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Pay rate starting from £11.88ph PAYE - £14.69ph Umbrella.

The role is for 30 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Could be open to job share for the 30 hours if the demand is there.

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+. We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth-running service.
- Speak with the residents on a daily basis
- Check the properties for any repairs and reports
- Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Arranging exciting activities with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards
- Health and safety checks
- Signposting any concerns

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.88-£14.69 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
