We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader in there field based in **Witham, Essex**.

We are looking for a **Factory Operative** who has previous experience within a factory environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a company on an temporary to permanent basis, where you will get fully trained on the machine operating of industry specific machinery.

Duties of the **Factory Operative** will include;
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Basic machine operating
- Measuring and assembly
- Use of hand tools
- General production duties as required

The ideal **Factory Operative** applicant;
- Previous factory/production experience
- Able to complete manual handling tasks
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Experience in a Manufacturing and Production environment

Monday to Friday 6am -2.30pm

Pay rate; £10.42 (£11.44 from 1st April)
On site parking
