**As a Goods In Controller your duties will include**:

- Check the goods that have arrived are as ordered both in terms of product type and quantity, ensuring all paperwork matches and receipting stock into the WMS using a handheld scanner
- Carrying out quantity and quality checks of stock and ensuring drivers sign for any discrepancies
- Identifying and isolating any non-compliant items using QC Hold notices and raising a QIR for non-compliance, recording damages and problem stock using digital photos
- Weighing, measuring and checking new product information and entering the details correctly into SAGE/Dispatcher
- Liaising with internal departments and ensuring all paperwork is passed to Stock Control by the end of each day

**What we are looking for in our ideal Goods In Controller**:

- You will have experience of working in a similar role, within a busy warehouse environment
- You will have a good standard of English and Maths, educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
- You will be methodical, analytical and have great attention to detail and problem solving skills
- You will be an good communicator, being able to liaise with effectively with a variety of internal networks and at all levels
- You will be motivated, be flexible to change and thrive in a busy warehouse environment
