Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Greeter. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Direct guests to correct part of the hotel depending on their reason for visiting
- Ensure no unauthorised parking in the hotel car park

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Friendly attitude - ability to engage in relaxed conversation with guests is essential
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Please note this is mainly outdoors role, stationed at the hotel gate

Shifts:

- 4 hour shifts
- Various days available

*Please note this is a seasonal job role from 23rd May - 1st September*

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
